The SWCD has a large amount of aerial photography available for a sampling of years from 1937 to the present in three formats. Some years are available as contact prints to view or copy in our office but the bulk of our aerial photography is available in a digital format. Contact prints are large sized developed photography similar to the pictures you develop from a roll of film. Later years of aerial photography are in a digital format that can be printed out on custom maps. Please refer to the table below for more detailed information on available aerial photography. Reproductions can be made by staff for specific locations on a limited basis. Please contact us at 651-480-7777 prior to your visit. Photography available in Contact Prints can be photocopied or viewed in person in our office. Personal digital cameras are not allowed. Reproductions of more recent photography (1991-present) can be made available as custom maps. Please contact the SWCD ahead of your visit to view or acquire reproductions of aerial photography.

Reproduction Costs:

• Photocopies: $0.20 each for 10 or more standard size sheets
• Custom Maps: $10.00 per standard size sheet with a minimum fee of $20.00 per visit
