Project: Fredrickson Wetland Bank
Location: Vermillion River Headwaters, Eureka Township
Partners: Design - None, Bank Credit - Dakota County Transportation Department, City of Eagan, City of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources.
Design Components: Construction of two earthern berms, a water control structure, emergency spillway and upland buffer plantings.
Technical Details: Total project and easement area included 27.57 acres. Shallow to deep marsh wetlands (Type 4 and 5) were created on 15.76 acres with an upland buffer consisting of an additional 11.81 acres.

Project: Bohlen Wetland Bank
Location: Chub Creek Watershed of Cannon River, Greenvale Township
Partners: Design - Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources
Design Components: Construction of earthen berms with control structures, emergency spillways, excavations, and native upland buffer plantings.
Technical Details: Total project easement area was 31.41 acres. Total wetland acres were 17.96 acres and upland buffer was 13.46 acres.
